New Arrival! Meet Jaylee, a sweet mare who loves attention and enjoys being around her horse friends. She has a friendly personality and seems happiest when she has companionship nearby.
 
Jaylee is currently barefoot and pasture sound. We believe she has been ridden in the past, but she has not been in regular work recently. We are working with our veterinary team to determine her appropriate level of work and will continue to learn more about her as she settles in. Based on what we know so far, she will likely need to be restarted under saddle. An intermediate adopter with experience bringing a horse back into work would be the best fit for Jaylee.
 
As she adjusts to her new surroundings, Jaylee is currently receiving a Ramard® calming supplement to help her settle in. She also receives ½ scoop of Hallway Feeds Encompass™ once daily.

This adopter has spent a good amount of time around horses—through lessons, mentorship, or hands-on experience—and feels confident handling and caring for them independently. They’re comfortable riding at all gaits (walk, trot, and canter), and can lunge or round pen a horse with ease. They also have some experience with less-seasoned or “greener” horses, especially when working with support from a trainer.
